What is the Operational AI Hub

The Operational AI Hub is the Powertrend platform that brings together three vertical agents in a unified operation: SDR Agent for real estate agencies, Document Agent for law firms, and Retention Agent for medical clinics. It is not a generic SaaS product you access via browser. It is a solution deployed in your operation — configured for your processes, integrated with your systems, trained in your business context.

Powertrend is the Brazilian company specialized in AI agents for business verticals. The Operational AI Hub is our main product: the synthesis of years of experience deploying automation in real estate agencies, law firms, and medical clinics in Brazil.

The three agents

SDR Agent (Real Estate): responds to leads in under 30 seconds, qualifies purchase intent across 4 dimensions, routes to the right agent with a full briefing, and executes automatic follow-up for 7 days. Zero leads without response.

Document Agent (Legal): reads contracts in PDF or DOCX, extracts critical clauses, classifies risk (low/medium/high), prepares brief for the attorney, and inserts deadlines in the firm calendar. Private deployment — data never leaves the firm environment.

Retention Agent (Clinics): detects no-show risk 48 hours in advance, executes personalized confirmation protocol by risk score, activates waitlist to fill empty slots, and runs monthly inactive patient re-engagement campaigns.

What is different from other AI services
